Pictures!!!

We had the kids pictures done yesterday and OMG they are so awesome! It was such a pleasant experience. If you live in Pensacola or ever come to Pensacola...Deanie Sexton Photography!!! She's a mom that really knows how to capture your little one's personality AND she only uses natural light AND she gives you the disc of pictures (after she edits and does all sorts of fun stuff) to do as you please! She's great...if you can't tell, I was VERY pleased. Here are just a few favorites...there are so many. :)

Let Me Take A Minute....

I just want to take a minute to brag on my Turner. Mrs. Ciccone scheduled conferences with all the parents and we had ours this morning. She couldn't stress enough how much she adores Turner. She even said that she told her husband if they ever have a little boy she wants him to be just like T. She said she loves that T is all boy but very, very sweet. She never has to ask him to do anything twice and he always say yes ma'am and no ma'am (we were happy that she makes her students say ma'am...not everyone does that anymore). She also said he is very sweet to the other little boys and girls. She thinks his personality is just wonderful!

As far as school goes Turner is above and beyond. He knows everything he supposed to and lots, lots more. I must say that Chad and I are very proud. We've always known that he's a special boy...we're so happy that others know it too.

What a blessing to be his mommy! Thank you God for Turner.

T Finally Learned...

After weeks of trying, T-Dawg learned to tie his shoe. He stayed in his room Saturday morning for a good 30 minutes practicing and he finally did it. He was SO proud! I remember learning to tie my shoe (on my Punky Brewster hi-tops...coolest shoes I've ever owned) and how excited I felt when I finally did it. Yay for Turner! I wonder what he's going to learn next?

Also, how cute is Anna Cate in her Auburn cheerleader outfit??

Two Things

I love this picture of Anna Cate. She was so interested in Mr. Josh cutting the grass...eventually we ended up sitting on the back porch until he finished. Anna Cate really, really adores Josh!

Next we have my hilarious husband. He was being silly last night and trimmed his facial hair into a Fu Manchu. Really it's just a Fu Chu because there's nothing very MANLY about it (sorry honey)...notice how the mustached part doesn't really connect to the Chu part :). Anyway, I dared him to go to work this way and he did. I'm pretty sure Doneen is going to point and laugh! I LOVE how goofy my husband is...we never stop laughing.

A Wonderful Weekend...Mostly

We did have a good weekend...nothing too exciting.

Friday night we ate an early dinner and then went to run a few errands...Target, Home Depot, Food World etc.

Saturday, we were excited to watch the Auburn game, only we couldn't find it on t.v.!!! Aaaaaaahhhhh!!! We were mad, to the point were Chad called Cox cable. They verified that the game wasn't on and I'm pretty sure Chad told them exactly what he thought about that. I mean... come on...what are they trying to do to us?? Since we couldn't watch the game, AC and I went shopping. We had fun! AC is a good shopping partner. The boys stayed home and watched random football.

I attempted taking pictures of the kids in their Auburn gear...AC is no longer very cooperative when it come to taking pictures!

Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

Saturday night we went over to our friend's, Heather and Joe. We had a small Sunday School get-together in honor of our friend Brian. He will be leaving for Kuwait this week...for a full year...leaving behind his wife, Lori and their 2 children, Adam and Julia (Ju-Ju is T's girlfriend!) Each of them will be in our daily prayers...we love that family!

What a fun night! T and AC got to spend time with their friends and so did we. We have such a fun Sunday School class. I am SO thankful that God gave us this church family...it's an answered prayer!

Also...we found out the game WAS on t.v.! IDIOTS! Cox didn't know what they were talking about and we're idiots for not looking harder...Boo!

I started not feeling so great Saturday night. I felt like I was getting a cold...and I was! I didn't sleep at all that night due to fever...yuck. We didn't go to church Sunday and I stayed in bed all day. I felt terrible. Thank you Honey for taking care of the kids all day!

Here are some funny pictures of AC. Apparently she was having a hard time getting to the Fruit Loops...

No More Tarzan

If you didn't already know, Turner was "growing his hair out like Tarzan". He WAS until some punk kid on the bus started calling him a girl...T doesn't want any part of being a girl so, of course, he didn't take to that very kindly. Turner told the punk kid that if he didn't quit he was going to punch him in the face and to my knowledge he hasn't been called a girl since. :)

He let the whole "girl thing" get in his head so he wanted his hair cut. I'll miss that long hair and I think he already does. I cut it and he didn't like it...he said "Momma I look like some kind of goober or something". It'll grow!

We thought it was funny...

Maybe you will too!

Does she not look like she's doing a flying ninja kick???

Chad and I laughed...

HI-YAH!!!!

Happy Birthday To Me!

With it being Labor Day weekend AND my birthday, we decided to make the drive up to Prattville to spend it with my family. We didn't really do anything exciting but it was wonderful just to be there and spend every minute we could with them. T and AC love playing with Ben, Maddie, and Taylor Ann (aka Tay-Tay...she's so funny)...it wears them out!

We celebrated my birthday on Sunday. My mom made a wonderful dinner which included my favorite mac and cheese AND we had cookie cake (also a favorite). I got some great gifts...money, some clothes etc...but what stands out the most is my new shiny IPOD!! Chad totally surprised me...that hardly ever happens. MY HUSBAND ROCKS...LOVE HIM! He also took T and AC to pick something out for me. T could pick out whatever he wanted and he picked out a necklace...that I'll never wear...but he was so proud of that necklace and that made me feel so special. He's such a sweet boy and Chad is such a sweet husband...my two favorite men! AC gave me some earrings...I'll actually wear these :) I love my little family!

What a great way to turn 25!!!

Anna Cate wouldn't quit climbing up the slide...scary!

Me and Ben reading my hilarious card from Chad

Tay-Tay...how cute is she???

Maddie (our little gymnast) and Taylor Ann

YAY!!!

They were so tired!

Also...THANK YOU, MY FAVORITE FRIDAY FAMILY FOR MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT...A BIG HIT!!!!

Sweet Caroline

Friday I got the pleasure of keeping Caroline while my dear friend Misty volunteered at her son's school. The girls had so much fun!

Caroline brought 4 of her babies and AC has at least 4 babies so they were in baby doll heaven. They loved packing their purses, wrapping up their babies, giving me kisses, and "going bye-bye". Then they would come back in the living room and Anna Cate would say "back".

They really enjoyed their morning together!
